Return & Refund Policy

At Tiny Kingdom, every outfit is crafted with love, care, and comfort for your little one. However, if something doesn’t feel just right, we’re happy to help!

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for all unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact.
  • To initiate a return, please email on help@tinykingdom.in or WhatsApp us at 9920905367 with your order number and reason for return.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (free from stains, perfume, or damage).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-stitched or personalised products (e.g., name embroidery, made-to-measure outfits).
  • Accessories like hairbands, jewellery, masks, and sale/clearance items.
  • Items purchased during festival or end-of-season sale unless defective.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Size exchanges are accepted for the same style, subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, we can issue store credit or refund as per your choice.

4. Refunds

  • Once the return is received and quality-checked, refunds are initiated within 5-7 working days via the original payment method.
  • COD orders will receive refunds via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • In the unlikely event you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping charges.

6. Return Shipping

  • For eligible returns, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
  • In remote pin codes where reverse pickup isn’t available, you may be asked to self-ship the parcel. Return shipping charges will be reimbursed as store credit.
